Pumping at a conference type thing?

I am going to a class/conference thing tomorrow and just trying to figure out how to make pumping work. I work in a very male dominated industry and I highly doubt there will be any other women there tomorrow (who wouldn't want to go to a turf management/ pesticide seminar?). How about you approach pumping? I usually pump 3x a day, should I just do it once at lunch in the bathroom? I am going to bring my manual pump since I don't want to walk around with my big one.

    I hate being banished to the bathroom to pump!  Is it possible you can ask someone running the conference to let you into an office or empty room to pump?  I think I'd even go to my car before pumping in the bathroom.  I have a car adapter and I'd use my cover to pump in the car.  With a manual pump, the car might be a good option.

    Good thinking, I think I will do that. I just hope the parking lot isn't far and we get breaks.

    When I went to a work party (that I was the coordinator for) and was there for over 5 hours I asked the coordinator of the location if I could use her office. She let me.

    I know bathrooms arent ideal, but if the conference is at a hotel, there might be a nice bathroom/lounge area to pump in! At my last sales meeting, I pumped in the handicap stall, which had an outlet, and was very clean

    I also pump in mhy car all the time... Downside... make sure you park someplace far so that here is no fear of people looking in.

    Also, I would still leave and pump at your regular intervals.

    I am just worried about being gone too long because I need to be in the classes for my credits and they may not give me credits if I miss too much. The class is at a farm/ college so I don't think they would have nice bathrooms. I may ask for an office though.
