Home from the hospital...

Hi everyone, I am home from the hospital and recovering!   My kidney stone is finally gone... I am so incredibly happy, but in a bit of pain. Apparently, the surgeon said there are 19 different types of kidney stones, and mine may have been an infection stone, caused by an infection at some point.

I am just glad all of this is almost over.

    glad to hear you are home and doing ok... kidney stones are no joke, i passed 1 while driving myself to the hospital (thought i was going to die and had no idea what was going on), passed a 2nd one while waiting for the IV at the hospital to kick in, and passed the 3rd 2 days after being discharged... no fun AT ALL!

    I'm glad you are home and feeling better....I had a kidney stone a month before DS arrived and spent the night in l&d because I seriously thought I was dying....the nurse told me that child birth would be a breeze after that...I'm not so sure about that but it definitely was painful.
