We found out we're having a girl. I have always wanted the first name Lucy. So it's Lucy... My husband wants a Hebrew middle name. So being the wonderful wife I am , I am giving him that. Our last name is Kaphan.
I guess I would pick one that has a nice sound and a nice meaning. Or you can thumb through the Hebrew Bible and see if anything jumps out at you. Or even look and see if there is a Hebrew version of an English name you already like. A lot of English names have Hebrew roots.
DD's middle name is Eliana, and it's of Hebrew origin. DH chose it because he loved the meaning.
ETA: I also love Tova and Chava. I would suggest Lucy Delilah, but if your request is for a Hebrew name, I'm assuming you wouldn't like the association there.

SERAPHINA -Feminine form of the Late Latin name Seraphinus, derived from the biblical word seraphim which was Hebrew in origin and meant "fiery ones". The seraphim were an order of angels, described by Isaiah in the Bible as having six wings each. This was the name of a 13th-century Italian saint who made clothes for the poor. As an English name, it has never been common.
Re: Good Hebrew Middle Names
That's a pretty broad order. Here's a good place to start:

I babysat for a little girl whose middle name was Tova, which means "good", and I thought that was beautiful.
I think Miriam and Chava are also nice with Lucy.
You also could do popularly anglisized biblical names in their original Hebrew version - Avigail or Elisheva instead of Abigail or Elizabeth.
