I just ordered the coolest coloring book for LO.It has the parts of the cell and match the finch with what they eat and lots of other fun nerd stuff. He will have his first Ph.D before I know it.
Dang... I should have ordered that for my friend that just finished up Anatomy...She was wanting something just like that... So what if she's 27 years old....

Glad I'm not the only one who wants LO to have a love of science :-) I tried sooo hard to come up with a name for DD that could be spelled with symbols from the periodic table, but alas, we were stuck on Annabel and I picked the name over the science. Love this website!

That would have been so cool! Annabel is still nice though also the book may be more for me than LO.

Agnes?
That is one of the nerdiest things I've ever heard. And I love it.
Another of the nerdiest things I've ever heard was when I was visiting colleges I checked out Harvey-Mudd. My tour guide (a girl), said that the male:female ratio was pi over 1, but that it was approaching e over 1. Still makes me laugh!
ETA: fixed the story...obviously they weren't bragging about the male:female ratio wasn't decreasing.
