Funny enough, I just started back. I hit my 13th week and feel much better, so I decided to go back (after a couple months off) and it was tough. But I am determined to go 2-3 times a week.
I am! 2-3 times a week for an hour each time. I love it! My friends and I who go got that onesie for our instructor who had a baby at the end of April. She taught all the way up through the beginning of April!
Love it! I only go omce or twice a week because of scheduling, but I'd go more if I could. I'm just now starting to modify things, like not jumping as much because the belly feels weird when I do. But it totally keeps my spirits high, in addition to the exercise!

I am a Zumba instructor who plans on teaching all the way thru my pregnancy. Yes, it is possible. It will make you feel so much better. You'll keep your weight gain within the guidelines much easier, you will sleep better...the list goes on and on. As long as your doctor says it's good. Don't stop. Just stay hydrated and make sure you aren't overheating. I know for sure that my baby is coming out dancing. LOL. Wishing you all a healthy and happy pregnancy.
