Nanny agencies

Can anyone recommend a nanny agency in OC?  I am looking for a licensed agency that runs background checks etc. for you (as opposed to sittercity.com, enannysource.com, etc. where anyone can respond to your ad & you have to do the background checks).  

Also, if you recall what the agency charges for nanny placement, that would be really helpful too.

    Hello,

    I used mollycoddlers (https://www.mollycoddlers.net/) and I found an amazing nanny. It is a smaller service (mainly a 1 woman show) so it was a lot less expensive than the larger companies (I think I paid around $1300 for a full time nanny).

    I have also used them for babysitters and had great experiences.
