Labor Inducing Recipe (tons of moms swear by it)

I ran across this recipe when looking for something else totally unrelated. The amount of women who went in to labor after eating it is just uncanny! Not that several births werent just coincidence, but it looks delish and there isnt anything strange in it so I figured why now try it. Ill probably make it tomorrow night for dinner. No harm in trying anyhow. Ironically the restaurant is located in the town I used to live in. If only it werent 2 hours away now I could just go there instead of cooking haha. But if anyone lives near Atlanta, GA, it's close to you!

    Haha! I know luckily tomorrow is my grocery shopping day so Ill just add some eggplants (and a ton of tomatoes) to my list! Im interested to see if it works! If you try it post back if you havent gone in to labor in 48 hours. I see tons of success stories but I KNOW there's gotta be some failures too haha.

    Even if it doesn't assist in going into labor, it sure does sound yummy! Let us know how it goes for you! Smile

    If you don't feel like making it (too much work for me), you could always get the eggplant parmesan at Olive Garden as well. I worked there when I was in college and had more than one person tell me they went into labor after having it. One lady said she went into labor with both of her children shortly after eating it.

    My BFF ate at that resturant 8 years ago while pregnant with DD trying to induce her labor and three days later she gave birth. I'm not in the mood to be on my feet in the kitchen but I'm going to have it from a local resturant for lunch today!! Good luck ladies!!!!

    Made this over the weekend.  It takes forever to make.  It tastes really good BUT.....I am still pregnant.  Good Luck though.  Hope it works for you all!

    Lol well at least all that work will be put in to a good meal! Fortunately I think Im getting my nesting wind now so I have the energy and I LOVE to cook!

    I don't have the energy to make that, but DH is ordering it from Olive Garden and bringing it home for dinner.  I hope it helps!

    I am hoping this is true! I love eggplant and make eggplant parmesean alot for myself since the hubby doesn't like it.  I actually just made it on Monday.  Tuesday I had a dr. appt and they said they're expecting me to go early, maybe even before Christmas. My due date is 12/29.  I have effaced more since my previous appt too!  I sure hope I go early!  I think I need to eat some more of the eggplant!

    My co-worker also swears by eating eggplant.  It helped her with 2 pregnancies. She went into labor the next day after eating it. I have heard so many things, I just don't believe any!

    Went to OG and had eggplant parm for lunch - also their salad dressing is an OWT for inducing?  Hope it helps!
