Baby shower...how far along will you be?

I know wee have talked about this, but I want to contact the people wanting to throw showers for me about timing. What is the range of number of weeks you will be when having yours? Second/third time mommies....any suggested range or cut off? TIA!

    I'm planning on March so between 30-34 weeks, but a lot of that has to do with other stuff going on after that

    My mother (with help from a friend and SIL) is planning on throwing my shower sometime in March.

    Mine will be March 18th. I will almost 30 weeks at that point. With twins, I wanted it sooner but the place was booked.
    ttc #1 since 7/10 Dx - PCOS and LPD chemical pregnancy 6/11 IUI #1 9/5 & 9/6 9/19 - BFP, beta #1 149 (15 dpo), beta #1 (17 dpo) 370 1st ultrasound 5 w 6 days -- TWINS!!! It's a boy and a girl! Born April 15, 2012. Baby A - 4 lbs 11 ounces, Baby B - 5 lbs 6 ounces Lilypie Premature Baby tickers

    I told my friend between 26-30 weeks so we'd still have time to return duplicates and get the things we aren't given at the shower.

    I think mine will be in the end of Feb or beginning of March and I will be about 30-32 weeks.  Mine is going to be so early because my aunt is throwing my sister in law and I a duel shower and she is due beginning of April

    We were planning for Apri 8th with is 33 weeks. Is that too far a long? Should we do April 1st?

    When my mom asked I just said some time in March. That would put me in the 32-36 range. I will be kinda bummed if she does it in April. I would really like a few weeks to get organized and not feel rushed. Plus if there are still things we need I would lie to not be running around at full term tryin to get prepared! I am a planner, if I could and knew everything would be ok I would have it now lol.

    I had two one around 32 weeks and one around 36 weeks. I would have chosen 34 weeks if I had a choice.

    I'm hoping February. So 24-28 weeks. I want to have time to get anything else I don't receive and also set up/put away/organize things I do receive.

    We're going to visit IL's several states away in January, and BIL's wife (I call her my SIL, although she technically isn't) is throwing us a couple's shower while we are there.  I will be 24 weeks.  My sister and SIL will be throwing us another couples shower at home either at 30 or 34 weeks, depending on schedules.

    My sister is due April 1st, so I wanted it before her due date. We picked the first Sunday in March... I will be 31 1/2 weeks at the time.

    Even if my sister wasn't due I would still do March. April would be too hard with Passover and Easter.

    Mine is March 3rd. I will be 31 weeks. I wanted time to get things together, washed and do any returns. Since I'm high-risk, I didn't want it to be much later than this, since I don't know if I will have this baby early.

    I think we settled on April 1st. I will be 32 weeks. That was really the latest that I felt comfortable with.

    Mine will be when I am 30-31 weeks pregnant (March 3rd-ish).  I have to fly from Florida to Pennsylvania, so I didn't want to push it any further than that.

    Its a little difficult for me....My birthday is in March, and I just so happen to share my birthday with my twin sister... So I'm asking them to throw my shower in April, although I think March is good...I dont want to be selfish and steal all of the shine time :/ Oh well... we shall see...

    If it's a singleton I would aim for 30-34 weeks. With twins I heard to try for 24 weeks since bedrest often starts after that.
