  Gianni - celebrate your heritage!! So many Italian names (like this one!) are so beautiful, but we are very scots/irish so we really couldn't pull them off. What a gorgeous and masculine name!

  Is the first name just Leo, or is Leo short for something? Jw because it can make a difference.

  I personally like Leo Julian best, and Leo Robert second best due to the sentimental value.

  I LOVE the name Gianni, but not so much as a middle name as a first.
