Mine is my afternoon cup of coffee....and maybe a little chocolate or something sweet with it we've been up since 6:30 in our house, I'm draggging, but this little pick me up is a big help!!!!

I look forward to my coffee too! I mostly just love the mornings (and I was never a morning person before). LO is in such a good mood in the morning and I always get a bunch of smiles. I like getting him dressed in a cute little outfit and then relaxing and cuddling him back to sleep for his nap. As stressful/unpredictable as life with a newborn can seem I know I will miss these days and the few hours of the morning are the ones I treasure most!
Mine is being able to blow dry my hair. I have to take a shower every morning, that's a non-negotiable, but I feel like it's a luxury to spend the 10-15 minutes drying it. I've only been able to do it a handful of times since bringing DD home, but ahhhh, it feels so good!!
My little slice of heaven is when Phin is fussing and I pick him up to snuggle. He finds his comfort spot (head on my chest, snuggled in a little ball) and quiets down. It's like he needs to know I'm there and that everything is going to be okay. I love that I can soothe him and that I'm his mom. I love this kid so much.
Food wise though, I am loving having the mornings free to sip my coffee leisurely. Once I go back to work, I'll probably down it in minutes before my students arrive. I'll miss these days.
I do love the coffee but usually only get a few sips before it goes cold (unless I'm chugging Starbucks in the car). I love, love, love a long, quiet shower

For me, it's the little glass of red wine I have just after nursing DS in the evening. I went without wine throughout my whole pregnancy, and now it's so nice to have a small amount of it most evenings.
Also, when DS is in his placid period in the afternoon. He's focusing a lot more on things around the house lately, and it's so cute when he just stares quietly out the window!
Also also, when DH takes DS in the late evening and I get to read in bed. Even if it's just a few pages, it's so relaxing.
Hot LONG Shower!!!!! Its amazing to have that time to myself to relax!
Totally this. I bring the little guy in the bathroom in his bouncer and I turn on Pandora and sing along and take a loooong hot shower. The sound of the shower and music and my voice keeps him zonked out for as long as I'm in there. Absolute bliss!

A hot shower that I don't have to rush through!
Eating dinner the same time as DH.
Getting out of the house.

Wine!
And of course the hot shower, taking my time getting dressed & putting on normal clothes & make-up while DH watches the baby.
