Getting two travel systems...

So DH and I ended up getting our travel system after tons of searching for the best deal. We got one that was slightly different from the one on our registry and we are very happy with it. It goes up to 30lbs not 22lbs like the one from our registry does. 

Checking our registry today to see what else we needed to get, I saw someone purchased our travel system. I don't have any more showers so I think someone has gotten it for us for Christmas (after we told both our families that we were going to buy it ourselves).  

So, do we ask around and see who got it so they can return it?

Or just wait until we receive it, return it, and use the store credit for other things?

    I would probably wait and return it for a credit, or maybe the gift giver will have a gift receipt with it.

    First of all - even after having all your showers you should have taken it off of your registry.  People will still buy and ship you gift even after LO is born.

    I got my bouncer seat off my registry and no longer needed/ wanted the swing.  Wll after LO was born I got a swing in the mail.  I ended up keeping it but in your case I would take it back.

    I would wait to recieve it, return it get the credit.  I would not ask around simply becuase I just think it's a little rude (Just my opinion).
