I've got an Ariel one with ten billion sequins, some winged-costumes (and the wings don't come off, grrr!) and some shiny, silky others. Would you wash these on delicate cycle or hand wash? I will ruin my daughter's life if I mess up her dress-up costumes!
Re: Washing princess & dress-up costumes?
I'd hand wash them..
That said, DD got her Tangled dress crazy nasty dirty and I decided the only way to save it was to throw it in the wash...I did on delicate, then hung dry and it ended up being just fine thankfully

Not visibly dirty, she has just worn them a lot and I feel like they could stand to be washed at some point. Maybe I'm being OCD about this and I should just leave them alone.
