Ok MAMAS out there tell me why you love your thermometer and why i should get it ours is expensive but so hard to work and does not work properly - im gonna have to contact the company
I was surprised to see how many of my FB friends do temp rectally do you use a digital one for that?

we have an inexpensive quick-read digital (from CVS or something similar) and its perfectly fine for our need.
Always rectal for the girls - Sprout we do under the tongue

We have this one. N had a low grade fever for 5 days last week and we brought it into his pedi and compared them and it was dead on. His fever was 100.5 so he was .5 degrees from being admitted so it was crucial we were getting the right read. Trusted it 100%. Sorry, no link.. on a mac. It is infant Vicks rectal.

Ditto. After that, it isn't as imperative that the temp is very very accurate (ie. you can do temporal/ear until they can do oral (4-5y.))
