I am thinking of getting the girls a marble run for Christmas. There is one at MDO I know that all the kids get into.
BUT, I don't know what brand it is (I can try and check tomorrow, but being the last day it is going to be crazy), and the reviews for the marble runs I'm finding on the Internet are ALL over the place.
So, anybody here have a marble run you like? Recommendations?
Re: Marble run?
Are you talking about this?

We have this one and I would not recommend it. Abby still can not really put it together herself (well we haven't brought it out in probably 6 months). She can kind of but not very big and/or elaborate, so she always wants me to do it. It then takes me forever to build and then they play with it for only 20 minutes or so and are done. It is lots of fun for them for the 20 minutes though. Also they tend to knock it over a lot while playing with it- so I have to do lots of mid play repairs.
Like I said though they do have fun with it while playing.
It is one like you showed Millertime -- I'm surprised it is difficult a&jmom -- it is a similar one that the kids in the 4-year-old room go nuts over.
I'll head over to Terra Toys and check theirs out kiarox- thanks for the rec! They had some at Kaleidoscope but not set up and I really want to see how sturdy it is/what it's like outside the box.
ETA: and thanks m&m -- knew I forgot one comment. If necessary I'll make the trek to Gtown, but hopefully not necessary!
*sheesh*, my list for shopping on our last day of MDO tomorrow is HUGE.

Not difficult- but time consuming to set up. Of course that is when you are trying to make it elaborate with multiple entries and exits. If I kept it simple it would be quicker.
It does fall over quite a bit while in use though- again probably not so much with the simple up and down builds.
I wanted to get the quadrilla but we decided on the quercetti instead (my mom getting it for my oldest who is almost 6).

i hope it is good!
