North Star Learning Center in Richardson?

My DD is 3 yo and is attending this school for the second year.  She had some struggles last year and is having issues again this year in her class.  I'm considering whether i want to look for a new program for her and just wondered if anyone else is familiar with this preschool and has any experience to share?

    I currently have a two year old there and also having difficulties with her teacher and classmates. I feel that the teachers there are overwhelmed most of the time and have a hard time controlling the class. We are moving her to another school at the end of the year. I do know that they had to cut out their infant program due to budgetary reasons, and have a feeling that the program is run on a tight tight budget.
