Nicholas' new thing is to say good morning to the vacuum cleaner. Yes my child is obsessed with my Dyson. Every morning he comes downstairs, says "I see vacuum" and knocks on the closet door where we keep it. We take it out and he'll say "Goo Morning, Vacuum, Hello Vacuum". The Vacuum stays out all day until it's bedtime, then it goes "Night Night". The only problem is when I turn it on to use it. He does not like that.
Re: Tell me something cute your LO has done lately
ha-ha! I cant believe he is still obsessed with it! too funny!!
Jones was being quiet except for the occasional giggle on sunday...so I got up to see what he was doing. I found him in our entry, spinning around in circles and laughing. I freaking adore this picture of him, mid spin!
Last night, as we were putting our Christmas tree up, I asked Maya to please not play with all of the garland we had put on the tree. She turned right around and said "but Mama, I'm just precious". I laughed and laughed.
Bella is in a big "(insert name) hit me" phase right now whether it is an actual hit from sister or an accident. Our beloved old dog Gidget was inside the other day and tried to give her "five" and she started crying and screaming "Gidget hiiiiiiiiiit meeeeeee". Our dog looked so confused because she just moved her paw and barely even touched her.
DD is in a very affectionate phase and wants to "huggie" everything. I put this as my FB status one day last week:
"Things Nora wanted to huggie today: the bus, cheese, a jar of pickles, her snowsuit, her piggy bank, a bulb of garlic, and Santa."
Except for "garlic," she could say all of the words of the things she wanted to hug, so I doubly excited for what this phase is doing for her vocabulary. : )

Anna decided, for whatever reason, that kisses should be given whenever someone is putting on her pants. When you stand her up to get the pants up around her waist, she just starts giving kisses! Even if she is mid-temper tantrum because she didn't want to get dressed, she still gives kisses. It cracks me up!
Because we're fancy like that.
This was my FB status last night, but the girls take turns pretending to be a puppy. When they play the puppy they bark and lick you and when they are the "owner" they say "Dats my lil puppy", "come on puppy"
Then they actually throw balls, toys, anything, well the one playning the "owner" and the Puppy will crawl to it pick it up in her mouth and take it back to the other one.
It amazes me they actually takes turns and play each role.
and I know what you are going to say, get them a puppy, but I am allergic.

My Blog
Yesterday O went shopping with my mom. There was a rack of bookmarks and she told him he could look but not touch. Well - of course he had to touch them and a few fell. She said - O, remember I told you that you can look, but not touch. He replied "Grammy, don't worry, I was just looking with my fingers".
Of course a few weeks ago while browsing in Gap I saw a worker grinning while looking in his stroller - I looked down to see what the deal was and the kid has his penis out of his diaper & pants & is just flicking away! I was mortified! I said - O - we don't touch that in public - put it back. He then too says - don't worry - I'm just lookin' at it. I had to assure him that it would still be there when it was safe in his pants and to NOT get it out again. BOYS - they're just born that way - little men I tell you!
Love these!
Most of our cute moments lately have involved DS's recent language explosion (finally!!)
My 84 year old grandmother was in town over the weekend. DS was acting crazy, running laps around the house, weaving in and out of furniture, etc. When he reached gram's legs (which were blocking his path), he came to a schreeching hald and said, "Schooze shme!!" I died!
Also (not language related), it totally melts my heart to watch DS and DH skype (well, facetime) when DH is oot. It's so crazy to think about the world that our kids will grow up in! DH sang "Wheels on the Bus" for DS, who sat there and did all the motions back to him. Then DS signed "I love you," waved bye bye, and looked to me to turn the phone off!
Aw, all these cute kids are making me tear up!
This morning G was breastfeeding and he stopped and gave me the biggest smile I've ever seen! Melt my heart!
