  My LO will be 2 months old actual age, 1 week adjusted age on Christmas and I bought her a few developmental toys- soft blocks that rattle and have textures on them, a Taggie Blanket, Sophie the Giraffe, balls that have toys in them that roll and jingle, some board books, and bibs.

  I agree with PP, soft books, rattles and developmental toys are great ideas. DD is 5 months adjusted and we plan on starting solids in January at 6 months adjusted so we asked "santa" to bring her all her food gear like high chair, splat mats, spoons and bowls etc. I figure everyone will buy her toys this year so DH and I just bought a handful of stocking stuffers - finger puppets (she loves these), soft books, sofie the giraffe, and some rattles.
