Hi!  You were so helpful with all my questions about moving to Germany, so I thought you would be the best person to ask since I have exhausted my google capabilities :-)  It has been about 6/7 weeks since I had my EFMP screening and turned in all the paperwork; the woman we turned it into said everything is in order and she would let us know once she got a response from the hospital that screens the paperwork.  I was just wondering how long, in your experience, does it take to hear?  I do not want to bother her as I know things in the military can take forever, but I also do not want anything to fall through the cracks.  Thanks!

    It should not take this long.  Call her today and then give her a week.  If not answer from the hospital by next Monday, ask her why they are not done yet and who YOU need to contact to get things moving (mine was done in 3 weeks and we had a 13 yo who had and IEP and I was getting treated for PPD).

    If no good answers, have your DH talk to the Shirt.

    Thank you!  I will contact her!  I am glad I asked, I could not find an answer anywhere!  I thought it was taking a while considering I have no heath issues and we have no children, but you never know!

    Another question that I am sure I can find on google, but here it goes.  I already have my no fee passport (that took very little time), so once this paperwork is done is there anything else I need to do?  We are not leaving until April, but I want to make sure everything is done early so I can go over with him and not have to wait because some paperwork got messed up.  And I know April will come quickly.
