Like a thing that you can slide into your purse that holds a couple of diapers and a thin box of wipes all folded up into a changing pad? I feel like I've seen them before, does anyone have one?
Leah and I are going to be traveling buddies once Evan starts school - we'll be out and about everyday and I'll keep stuff in the car but I don't want to pack/lug a full diaper bag. I don't have a portable changing pad anymore so I need to get something anyway.
Re: Do they make a thin/small diaper changing kit?
I've got something like this:

Etsy has some:

I think SkipHop might make one?

Ha! I have been using zip lock bags...but have been bringing my own towel (either a receiving blanket or a darn hand towel if I can'f find one)...I just want something cute b/c I like to spend $
Thanks for the links, ladies! I'll check them out!
Oh, a receiving blanket is a good idea! I don't need one now that I don't have to lie her down for changes, but I'll be stealing this idea once baby2 is old enough that I don't need a diaper bag all the time, thanks!
Yeah, we used those receiving blankets (like the thin flannel-ish type) for diaper changes at home too, well when they were babies. We just fold it in half and put it over the change pad. Then we just toss that in the laundry once a day or more depending on the mess situation...this way we wouldn't get the changing pad cover dirty or stain it since those are $$ and who wants to see a huge poop stain on their pretty changing pad cover, haha!
I don't think we used a receiving blanket for anything but diaper changes, actually.
I still haven't mastered the standing up change. My SIL was a pro at it with her twin boys - she could change them in 2 seconds flat.
