I got the job!

I'll got the offer call this afternoon. I'm going to tell my boss right after her meeting before calling them back and officially accepting the offer. I would have liked a bigger raise but HR's excuse is that if they offer me much more I'll be making more than anyone other programmer. I'm going to take it anyways as it's still a raise and right now it's needed.

So as I've told my family I'm giving up being a boss, the office and fancy title to be an IT geek in a cubicle that gets paid more and the potential to make even more.
