is there a list of all day preschools in the Northern Virginia area? I have been using Google but I feel like someone on here knows where a master list is
Anyone know anything about Congressional Schools of Virginia or Brooksfield or Langley??

If there is a full list, I missed it. Google when I did a search with map results linked to a lot of reviews of schools which was helpful.
As to Congressional, one of my co-workers sent her son there from pre-school through 6th grade when they moved further away. They loved it, the only negative thing was she said the fundraising got old. But I tell you, that's probably true at most private schools.
My experience is that there are very few all day preschools in Northern VA. When I was looking there were really only about three near my house (which is what we prefer - near home instead of near work). That narrowed my search considerably.
I think Googling is a fine way to start - you probably know what geographic area you want, so you can search on the name of the town and the word preschool or early childhood center. Once you slog through the websites you'll see many of them are only half day - and your search will likely narrow quickly.
ETA: Now, if you're talking about the world of private schools that happen to begin at the preK age, then you have many many many more choices and for that I would seek out a list of all private schools, not just preschools, then see which ones go down to preK.
Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.
