Cycles after lap - weird question

I am on my second cycle post lap, and both of them have been extremely different than any cycles pre lap.  I am Oing early and getting O pains.   The weird thing is that my RE found nothing unusual during the lap.  So why on earth am I suddenly having normal cycles?  Any one else have this happen?  I'm sort of hoping that maybe while he was in there he knocked some sense into my ovaries and this will be the new norm.

 Side note - I did also recently start cutting back on my sugar, but I'm not IR so I don't see how that could have made such a dramatic difference.

TTC since 2010

lots of IUIs and 1 IVF all BFNs

    I seem to be O'ing earlier than before too, but I had endo on my ovaries..

     Maybe your body just needed a wake up call.

    My one cycle post lap was a breeze but then I moved straight into Lupron so I'm not sure about Oing. But it is definitely a good thing for you!

    Baby girl born 9/22/12

    FET #1 - 9/16/13 - BFN

    IVF #2 - ER 11/11/13 (24R, 18M, 16F), ET 11/16 (2 Grade A blasts)
    BFP on 11/23 Beta #1 = 76 EDD 8/2/14

    I haven't had a period/cycle since my lap so I have no idea, but way to go 'body!'  I hope your cycles continue to be regular!
