It was all in my lower abdominals. Like a severe menstrual cramp.
Got an u/s done and I have a cyst on my left ovary/fallopian tube. They are running bloodwork, did a swab test, but it's not huge, so they think it's a functioning cyst that will disappear on it's own. I go back in two weeks if nothing more severe shows up test wise or if my pain doesn't increase. Right now I have anti-inflamatories to help out.
Unfortunately it puts a damper on TTC. They have to wait and see if I'm PG or not in a few weeks, and if my period shows up I'll go on low-dose BC to clear up the cyst.
How big is the cyst, did they tell you? I have tons of those. I can't believe it hurts that bad, that stinks. I just went this morning for a follow up and biopsy. I never had to wait to TTC with all that, is that what you want to do? Just throwing it out there, maybe you could get a second opinion...or maybe you could tell me to mind my own business. ;-)

Yeah, it's not just the cyst that is contributing to pain, I seem to be having painful menstrual cycles and ovulations too, it's really no fun, and I was given the extra info that my body may need extra time to heal since having 2 babies 15 months apart, so really it was a recommendation, not a prescription to stop TTC
The cyst was 15mm(?) I think it was mm, cm would be alarming!

I gotcha! I suppose it does sound lioke a good idea to hold off for a bit. I hope the cysts break up on their own. They sure are a pain! Hope you feel better soon.
Sorry you're dealing with this! My sister started getting them when she was 14 and they are incredibly painful. They diagnosed her with PCOS and she is controlling them with BC pills.
I hope things get better soon and you can get back on track with your family planning! I'll be thinking about you!
