I was very brave!

When it comes to exploring new food with DS, I'm extremely nervous of him choking or developing a reaction.  I've thickened up the purees of what he currently eats (peas, green beans, butternut squash, carrots, bananas, pears, apples, yams, oatmeal and rice cereals), but we haven't' done much exploring beyond that.

Today, I was eating a plain bagel, and I tore off a big hunk and gave it to him.  I watched him VERY closely while he gummed it up, and he was so cute. 

I'm proud of us both!
