NEED NAME HELP!!
Ok, so we had a name picked out and now DH is saying he thinks the middle name won't work... long story and I won't even go into it (I kinda agree). But we are now looking for a new middle name and I am going CRAZY! I can't think of one...on one hand I want it to sound good and have a meaning, the only one I can think of that has a great meaning is after my Dad (who passed away 7 yrs ago) we were very close and he was such an amazing man! I like his name but don't LOVE it, he even used to tease about he didn't know what his parents were thinking when they named him, haha. So I need your opinion if it sounds good or AWFUL... I can't decide.... Please be TOTALLY HONEST! Also, what do you think would sound good??
The first name is Elijah (will call Eli for short) and my Dad's name was Wayne...so Elijah Wayne???

I think it sounds really good together. Plus it is after your Dad and that really means something to you!!!
What was your dad's middle name? Would that sound better to you?
I think Elijah Wayne sounds ok if that doesn't work for you.
I don't mind either of the names, but together they aren't my favorite. Maybe it's a clash of generations? To me they don't roll off the tongue well. But ultimately it's what is important and special, and since Wayne has a special meaning, I think that would trump a lot of things!
Other suggestions for middle name (because you asked): James, Jonathan, William...
