  I made those tissue paper pom pom things (Martha Stewart had the tutorial, me thinks) for our post-bap party. Simple and easy and cheap. My MIL thought they were the cutest thing ever, and still has a bunch decorating the top of her kitchen cabinets, which I find hysterical.

  I'm no help because I would probably just do bouquets of flowers and balloons.   I'll look at some of my crafting stuff though and see if I can find anything :-).

  I've made bunting flags and paper banners for a few different parties (similar to some of the pics that yellow daisy linked).  I love combining different fabric, ribbons, paper styles, fonts, etc.  Super easy and so cute!!!
