So it said to "add 2 eggs"....

DH has had his head wrapped around the idea of making lasagna all weekend. So today he got all the ingredients and has been real excited. He chopped up some onions, green peppers, mushrooms. He got ricotta and mozzarella cheese. A decent marinara sauce. A good start I think. I walk into the kitchen to see him making the layers and I see these yellow crumbles going in with the mushrooms. "What is that?" I asked. "It says on the box to add 2 eggs and I wasn't going to put them in there raw so I scrambled them real quick" he states. I picked up the box and it reads "Add 2 eggs, ricotta and mozzeralla and miz together seperately....then add the cheese mixture into the lasagna." LOL. I read the instructions to him and he just laughed. Oh well, this will be one interesting lasanga!

Let DH know that it said, "add 2 eggs" it didn't say "add 2 cooked/scrambled eggs" guess it's better to be safe then sorry... God bless em. At least he tried to make dinner.
