I have one above my eyebrow from falling down the stairs when I was around 2.
I also have one on my shoulder and my knee....from getting drunk and falling off a bike 2 or so years ago. Lush. We used to live near the beach and my DH (BF at the time) was out of town, so a gf and I rode bikes downtown. We had several "rainbows" which are basically giant slushies with alcohol and I kept calling them brainbows on the way home.
Long story short I got to close to the curb and fell over on the pavement. Oww. There was a lot of blood, tears, and laughing. DH was not amused....oops.
Several. I have two on my forehead - when I was DS's age, my parents hadn't had my eyes checked yet and I couldn't see for ***. I busted my head open twice as a 2 year old - the first time I needed a plastic surgeon to sew me up apparently so it didn't scar worse.
I have a Harry Potter scar on my forehead: I was chasing my little sister when I slipped and went headfirst into the radiator....thirty years later I still have the scar.
I have a scar on my upper lip: When I was 27 weeks pregnant with DD my DS and the dog got out of the house. When I went bend over to pick up DS he screamed which caused the dog to jump. The paw of our 90lb dog caught the corner of my lip so I ended up with 13 stitches. I felt really bad for DH as strangers would give him dirty looks when we were out in public.
I have a big one on the inside of my right foot going up the back of my foot from club foot. I wore cast on my foot from the moment I was born for up to two years and then came the leg braces "Run Shannon, Run"
I have a barbed wire shaped scar on the inside of my right thigh. I was running down a hill when I was younger and the fence was grey and I didn't see it. I clotheslined myself . . . ouch!
A few smaller ones on my legs too - just random "tatoos with better stories" on the path of life!

two on my back from getting spots removed on my back. My body rejected the internal stitches and they had to be pulled which they said would result in scarring. One of the spots was large in order to get all of it my incision was cut like a football and stiched down the middle.
During this time I find out I have a latex sensitivity - actually the derm said she never saw anyone with a reaction as bad as mine! I just got shots in the scars to see if would help flatten them and help with them being itchy!
First scar on my right elbow. In 2nd grade my arm went through the glass on our front door. Luckily my sweater caught most of the glass and kept it from cutting me deeper. It's maybe an inch long
My 2nd one is on my back. I had to have an upper partial spinal fusion to correct my severe scoliosis. The doctors said that if I did not have the surgery soon, I would be dead by 40 (I was diagnosed at 15, surgery at 16). The way my back was curving, it was moving my rib cage to the point where the "points" were in my lungs and would puncture my heart. Yea, I got the REALLY rare kind. That one runs almost the full length of my back with a small spot next to it that I'm not sure what it was from.
My 3rd-10th scars are all on my left hand and wrist. Complications from the back surgery left me with a paralyzed left arm and hand. Just shy of my 18th birthday, I had a 5-way tendon transfer done to try and give me additional mobility in my left hand (it failed). As a result of that, my hand is in a permanent claw shape. It cannot fully straighten out.
~ 3 small burn scars from touching the hot racks in the oven- I'm a complete klutz and almost always burn myself using the oven.
~ I have a scar from feeding the stingrays on my honeymoon. One was sucking on my arm & I didn't realize it until I pulled my air. The ray was attached, and when I pulled my arm it left a mark. I still have the scar almost 2 years later.
~ I have a scar on my left middle finger from slicing my finger open on a knife while washing it.
1st- lower part of shin about 4 inches long, keeps fading TG! I jumped off a 65ft cliff into the ocean only 8ft deep when tide was out (oops) It wasn't that that did it, it was climbing up the coral reef/cliff to get back up, I slipped and ripped open my leg. I was on vacation in Bermuda
2- CS from both kids
3-Left elbow. I skidded off my bike down a hill and ripped it open. Since my neighbor who was a nurse said no ER I was never stitched up and healed properly.
One on my left thumb across the top. When I was about 1.5-2 I slammed it in my grandmas wooden trashcan. It split open so I now have a T shape scar and the left thumb is squared and shorter than the right thumb
One on my knee from when I was about 5, older brother opened the storm door and the corner caught my leg/knee.
A few more random ones from cats on my legs.
Chicken pocs scars on my face. On is on the tip of my nose another on the side (people always see it and ask "did you have your nose pierced?") and a couple on my forehead.
One on my right wrist from a rusty nail. I was about 13.
One on my right shoulder/armpit area from a wasp sting.
I have a scar on my knee cap from where I landed on a nail sticking out of our pool deck--I jumped out of the pool and landed on it (I was 8)
I have a scar on the top of my right foot from where I was stung by a sting ray when I was 16. The only pain I've had that's worse than that sting was labor and my surgery.
I have a scar along the undersides of my breasts from surgery I had for my pectus excavatum (concave chest) when I was 22 (almost 4 years ago).
I have a small scar on my face and on the top of my foot (next to sting ray sting scar) from two spots I had to have removed a week before DD was born--they looked like basal cells. I found out the day before DD was induced they were both benign

Wow, many of you have really been through a lot! Such strong women on this board. To echo a PP, I have a vertical scar on my forehead near my hairline from running into a radiator when I was about 3, and a small one under my chin from letting go while riding the merry-go-round at the park when I was 4. I went face first into the gravel and have a vivid memory of my mom picking gravel out of my chin. I also have a 3 inch scar on my right side from my appendectomy when I was 16.

One above my left eye near my eyebrow.
a dog bit me in the face when I was a kid. Tore off my eyelid. Left my lashes but everything above. I had a few stitches. Since I was so little when it happened, the scar has gradually moved up from my eyelid to now near the brow as I aged
I have one right through my eyebrow-when I was really little I fell and hit the corner of my toy box (my mom gave me butterfly stitches). And I have one on my back. I had back surgery when I was 15 from a dirt bike accident.
Right middle finger - 16 yrs old - the wind caught the metal door leading to garage in my parents garage and took off the tip of my finger.
Left inner ankle - 3in - 8 yrs old - I was fishing with my dad on algae covered jetties (aka huge boulders going out into the ocean), slipped, and caught my ankle of a rock as I fell into the water.. My parents didn't think it was bad enough for stitches so now I have a gross scar.
Bottom lip - 15 yrs old - a friend and I were eating dinner when I suddenlly felt like I was going to pass out.. Attempted to walk to the recliner to sit down.. Instead faceplated the recliner and my two front teeth went through my bottom lip.
Left inner wrist - 16 yrs old - DH slip tied my wrists, we were bored and playing around, and when he went to cut it off he slipped and cut my wrist with a pair of wore cutters.
Left pointer finger, top - 2 yrs old - I was outside 'helping' my parents clean the car and stuck my finger inside the wheel well and sliced it on something.

The one people notice the most- a scar on my forehead.
Why you ask?
I ran into a brick wall on my bike when I was 7. I'm awesome.
