3 Weeks PP--Burning on one side?

I have been feeling great (RCS 11/16) but since I've started to lift things again (baby in baby carrier, for example) I've been having this burning pain off and on only on my right side...but it's not near the incision...it's on my front hip!  It definitely feels muscular and it REALLY burns if I sneeze.  Just curious if anyone had anything like this???

    My OB said it is probably ligaments moving back into place that were stretched during pregnancy. I get it on both sides but definitely more on my right.

    Actually sounds like it might be just nerves trying to regenerate.  That sometimes happens after any type of surgery a burning or zapping type of pain.  If you have pulling pain then you night be developing adhesions.

    I had burning on right side that started about 1 week PP.  I was told it is from where the doctor  has to give a forceful push to "pop" the baby up so they can finish the delivery.  My pain was exactly where they said it would be (on the same side the doctor was standing)  It took 2-3 weeks to go way.
