heels from target??

I'm debating buying a pair of cute heels from target. They are $39.99.

Does anyone have heels from target? I have black ballet flats from target that I wear alllll the time. I'm a little nervous about the heels because the last inexpensive pair I bought didn't last very long. I like the style but that's not a very good price if they only last a year. Thoughts?

If not target, maybe these: https://www.amazon.com/Steve-Madden-Womens-Danitty-Pump/dp/B005CGATA8/ref=pd_sbs_shoe_4

Re: heels from target??

  • I bought heels from target similar to the ones on Amazon that you have linked that were also $39.99, maybe same pair?  They are black suede, platform pumps.

I like them, and they are reasonably comfortable.  I have no idea how long they will last since I just got them, and I have never bought anything but flip flops and flats from Target in the past.  The flops and flats have lasted fabulously, and I wear flip flops to death here in Florida.

I returned a pair of more expensive black pumps and bought the Target ones because they were more flattering and comfortable on my foot.  I say more than anything, get something you feel like you can actually wear without dying in them.

I wouldn't pay $40 for shoes from target. They aren't that great quality and you'd be better off finding some nice ones on sale somewhere else. The MOST I would spend on shoes there would be $20.

    This, for sure.

  • Most of the time the shoes there are uncomfortable on my feet. I am a bit of a shoe snob and won't buy any that aren't leather because they hurt usually rub blisters. Also the prices for shoes have become ridiculous. I stopped in Payless looking for a pair of shoes for a holiday party and was shocked to see pleather shoes for over $40!
