What to get from NYC?

DH is in NYC this week, so he asked DD if she wants anything from NYC.. of course DD has no concept of anything (the city) -

Any ideas on something little he can bring her? (I repeat - little - not like a doll from the American Doll store lol!)

The only thing I could think of was a little foo dog figurine from chinatown to guard against bad dreams (I had one as a kid, not the most average thing!).  And that I want those roasted sugary peanuts from the streetcarts, but DD is highly allergic to peanuts.. so no.

Can be something cheesy...

    i would just have him pick her out something..a souvenir or a little toy or costume jewelry or something.. It would be more special for him to pick it out, I think.

    Ya, just have him pick out a little souvenier for the kids.  When DH went to Texas when dd was only like 3 months old he brought back a tiny Texas license plate with her name on it.  So age appropriate for a baby huh?  But once she learned her letters, she loves the darn thing.  Eventually, when she has a bike, I will have dh attach it to her bike.  She will think that is pretty cool.
