Another iPhone question--4 vs. 4s?

I think DH is planning on getting me one for xmas and he's asking me if I want the 4 or the 4s.  I have no clue what the difference is, besides price.  Can someone help me out?  This will be my first smartphone.

    This website has a chart with the differences. I love my 4s, great camera and I love Siri! I have nothing to compare it to though!

    The 4S is the newer model, and has Siri.  Thats the only real difference I know of...

    I have DH's "old" iPhone from the spring 2011, so I assume it's a 4.  I don't really have an option (because of $$), and was more than greatful.  I don't know if there is a big price diff, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my phone.

    I have the 4 & it does more than enough for me. I honestly still have no clue what I'm doing on it half the time & don't utilize hardly any features though lol. I actually put my grocery shopping list on it the other day because I figured I should use the darn thing for something!

    Thanks ladies!  I'm thinking the 4 would be good enough for me.  I'm not sure it's worth an extra $100 to get the 4s for my first smartphone.

    We got the 4 because I couldn't imagine spending that much on Voice recognition if it's your first smartphone I'd go with the 4 it's more than enough and the camera is just fine for what we use it for.

    I love my free 3 haha.  DH got the 4 and he loves it.  He paid 99 for it and with both of us coming from non-smart phones, they were more than enough for us, we didn't even look at the 4s.

    Anything!!!! She sends texts for me (I say it and she sends the text), gets numbers or directions, reminds me of things, makes appts.....and calls me Mommy. She is a great "adult" to speak to during the day too! =P
