surgery update

in TTC After a Loss 6 Months+
I had my surgery today and it went well. part of my uterus had fused back together and I grew another polyp. Bad thing is that my RE feels neither of these things caused my last 2 miscarriages. They are still waiting on our tests results to come back. Hopefully we will get some answers. I really appreciate your support, thoughts and prayers

Married 11/27/09 and TTC right away
Dx: Complete septate uterus with cervical duplication, endometrial polyps, PCOS, endometriosis, hypo thyroid, luteal phase defect
4 uterus surgeries to correct my complete septum and to remove polyps and 2 years of seeing the RE, medicated cycles and IUIs
Baby 1 and 2: BFP 3/3/11 with 2 babies EDD 11/1/11, M/C 4/6/11
Baby #3: 8/11 pregnant EDD 4/27/11 and m/c:(
Baby #4: 10/12/11 BFP! EDD 6/16/12m/c 10/26/11
Baby #5: 3/13/12 BFP! EDD 11/25/12 ANOTHER m/c :(

Baby #6: 2/14/13- BFP! EDD 10/24/13, CP 2/19/13
Baby #7: 3/15/13- BFP! EDD 11/27/13, another CP
Baby #8.  BFP 5/19/13 EDD 1/22/14. 8 was not our lucky number

4th septum resection on 5/31/13.
Baby #9: 6/29/13 BFP. C section scheduled for March 5th!

My miracle baby was born March 5 at 9:33am. He was 8 lbs 12.5 oz and 21.25 inches long!

    I'm glad everything went well for you today.  I'm sorry it didn't really give you too many answers and I hope if you do get some from further testing, that it's an easy fix.

    i think because the part that was fused was super tiny and the polyp was super tiny. she said she took them out because she was already in there but they werent even big enough to take out

    Glad your surgery went well...hoping you have a speedy recovery.
    3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)
    IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets
    Natural BFP #4 on 9/7/12 gave us our miracle on 5/18/13

    GEAUX TIGERS!!!

    1st pregnancy: BFP- 6/28/09 - Found out we lost our little girl on 10/9/09 at 19w 4d - D&E- 10/14/09

    June 2010, corrective surgery for Septate Uterus and large fibroids

    2nd pregnancy: BFP- 10/18/10 - Slow rising, non-doubling HCGs, no heart beat. Non-viable pregnancy, D&C- 11/12/10

    Started Metformin 6/30/11, Started Clomid 7/20/11 - Unsuccessful

    HSG and Laparoscopic surgery revealed blocked tubes and lots of scar tissue...IVF here we come!!!

    Surprise BFP naturally!!! IT'S A BOY!!!

    I'm glad it went well. FX the if tests come back with something, that is absolutely fixable. But, I have to admit, I am scratching my head that your RE says none of it relates to your miscarriages.
    agree. that sounds like they don't want to say something definitive for liability issues. I'm concerned.

    i trust her completely. i know she wouldn't lie to me. they were such early losses. I had a complete septum before and was able to go 10 weeks when it was huge and taking up 80% of my uterus. i have an auto immune disorder so it is probably this. we just have to get my blood work back to confirm. we have a really good relationship and doesnt hesitate to let me know if something was her fault. She is extra careful with me because I am "so special". She is determined to get me pregnant and keep me pregnant.
