I think the packaging says a year, but realistically? I think I remember reading somewhere that was pretty conservative and that it should last a lot longer. I've had mine awhile, but no issues.
I've had mine for over a year and haven't had any issues. Honestly, I will be keeping mine for a while longer. The way I figure it, is that it is kept clean during and in between uses and it doesn't get any 'wear and tear'. Of course I'll get a new one if the silicone shows any signs of wear, but I can't see tossing it after only a years time either.
I have had mine for 5 years and it is like new. I clean it with soap and water during my cycle, and soak in a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and water for a little while at the end if it is stained. The divacup site doesn't recommend that, but I have not noticed any deterioration, plus I always wash it well afterwards to remove any potential residue. If your cup is working fine and has no damage, I don't think there is any need to replace after 1 year.
