Christmas present help

So we are on a really tight budget this year, but I feel like Sarah is getting the short end of the stick for her first christmas. I know she won't remember but I will. It is hard to come up with new things when we have three girls ages 3, 2 (dec 31st) and then Sarah who will be 5mths old in two days.

Anyone Have any ideas? She has tons of clothes from her sisters, lots of toys from her sisters.

Here is our list (like I said we are on a really tight budget)

Brooke (3 1/2): Pillow I Made with her name on it (from us), Limbo game (from sisters), Doddle Bear (from Santa)

Emma (2): Pillow I Made with her name on it (from us), Dora mic (from sisters), Mr & Ms Potato head (from Santa)

Sarah (5mths): Pillow I Made with her name on it (from us), First Doll (From Santa)

I need one more gift for Sarah.

Re: Christmas present help

  • What about a baby's first Christmas ornament? Or a soft book for her to "read"/chew on?

We got her an Ornament just as we did for the other two, but a chew book would be a good idea.

  • What about something like this?  DD loves her soft Haba toys/rattles that she got last Christmas (3 mos. old) and still plays with them.

  • A soft blanket with her name embroidered on it

A new board book or two (especially good if your older girls loved on their board books and have worn them out)

Make a small photo book on a photo web site with pictures of her family. DD #1 loves looking at pictures of us, and this started very early. You could even just buy a small album for a few dollars and fill it with spare prints of family members.

Rubber ducks--DD #1 loved chewing on her ducks when she was teething. W a l M a rt sells ducks in the baby section that cost $1 each, so this is a very inexpensive toy, even if you buy 3 or 4 of them.

I love this, do you know where I can get it locally?

Great Ideas, I think I am so tired I just can't come up with anything on my own.

I googled and it looks like Rootin Ridge Toymakers on 38th might have them.  You might want to call Terra Toys, too, and see if they carry them?
