Tonight - Hopefully after LO goes to sleep, K and I can pour a drink and decorate the Christmas tree and the house.
Saturday - I'm skipping the annual cookie exchange I usually participate in. I'm bummed but I just don't have the time and I'm still watching the budget.
Sunday - Maybe we'll take DD to the indoor play place that we have passes for. And perhaps I can leave her with K for a bit and try to do some basic Christmas shopping.

Tomorrow: We are taking a trip up to the Yankee Candle factory (they do a full christmas display) with my SIL and neice. It an annual christmas-time tradition - I'm looking forward to it.
Sunday: Church? Cookie baking? Mommy sneaks out to get a mani/pedi?
Tonight a low key night at home. If I am not too tired, perhaps the kids and I will decorate the Christmas tree. Or perhaps I will decorate it after they go to bed so they wake up to it all decorated. Or perhaps I will leave it until Sat/Sun.
Tomorrow - the kids have swimming in the morning. Afterwards I think we will go to the mall to return a few things and get a couple of things for L's stocking. We're going to go to a used book charity sale (all books 50 cents!) and let the kids choose books. Home to finish up Christmas cards, decorating, re-hem the kids' martial arts pants, etc.
Sunday - we'll probably go to Target early before it gets crazy to get the secret Santa gifts for the kids' class and L's stocking stuffers. Depending on moods/naps/etc I might take them to see the Muppet movie. Home to do the things I didn't get done on Saturday and prep for the week.
I am off Monday. Whooo Hoooo! After I take the kids to school, I will go do a kidless groccery shopping trip and home to wrap the mounds of gifts sitting in Amazon boxes in our dining room. When the kids get out of school I will take them to a birthday party at the bounce place.
Today- k took a personal day and we are finally going to my 6 week pp appointment. We decided to wait it out so we could see a particular OB and get some answers about what exactly went down during my labor. We had planned on taking Noah's christmas pictures under the tree but he woke up with a gigantic scratch under his eye and looks like a brawler... Not exactly the look I was going for...
Saturday- we ere supposed to go up to Deerfield and go to the Yankee candle shop and then see friends in Northampton but we haven't talked about it again, since we all came down with an awful head cold.

Crazy! Yes, we are planning on going! I would love to see you and the kids and of course introduce you to N! K is leery about taking N out now that he is feeling better but I figure if I wear him, he won't be in contact with anyone.. thoughts, moms? Is this a bad idea?
I have to go to two different holiday parties for work clients. Usually I'm excited for this, but having two back-to-back is a lot. Somehow in there we're going to fit some Christmas cookie making, and on Sunday DW promised we could go see the muppet movie. Oh, and I'm taking a vacation day on Monday so I get a break from work. Woohoo.
Yankee Candle sounds more fun!

Okay well no one else might agree with me but I say go. Just know that I'm the mom that had my kid at the bar at like a month old (stop looking at me like that, it was a friend's birthday). She was in a moby wrap and I rocked her and my water all night long ;-)

Count me with TT. We had the kids out starting the day after we were discharged from the hospital. We were never ones to stay home with the kids...still aren't.
Jen will probably work late tonight; I'm going to do a long workout and make salmon burgers to eat when she gets home.
Tomorrow I will probably go grocery shopping in the morning. The exterminators are coming around noon to work on our mouse problem again. On Sunday we're having lunch or dinner with a friend to celebrate the baby news.
In between I need to do more Christmas shopping, cook some freezer food, and sort/pack/donate stuff. My goal for this weekend is to get through our three closets (one of which is actually an under-stair storage space crammed with stuff). And we need to go to Jen's office to drop off our Toys for Tots donations and bring home the personal stuff she has accumulated in her office over the years, since her last day is coming up soon.

Today- Helping my grandma set up her Christmas tree and nothing else really. J gave me one of my presents early last night, Sims 3 Yeah I'm a nerd. So I'll be doing just that for the next 6 hours while J's working. Tonight pizza and alcohol at my house for me and my wife to unwind. It's been one hell of a week.
Saturday- Hopefully I get to sleep in since I got ZERO sleep last night. Doubtful though, I always wake up to J yelling at one of the dogs. That night is my moms annual Christmas party. I don't want to go anymore since my mother isn't my favorite person right now but if I waited until I was, I'd never see her We have a love hate relationship.
Sunday- I'll have to help my cousin with his Algebra, I'm ready for this kid to stop needing my help. His mom, my first cousin, let him get an ENTIRE SEMESTER behind in his homework so now I have to bust MY @ss to help him? Grrr.. Then relaxing with my beautiful bride On the 14th, we'll have been together 3 years and known each other 7 years! :O

This evening: we're planning on watching a video after J goes to bed.
Saturday: We're finally going to get our Christmas tree! We're also planning on decorating it tomorrow. In the late afternoon/early evening we're going to a friend's 50th birthday party.
Tonight: I have a cold and have been working from bed all day. Will probably just watch TV and drink tea, while C goes to karate.
Tomorrow: Cleaning, sorting, packing, donating. I want to get the spare bedroom (aka storage for piles of crap) done, and maybe move on to the office (papers, ugh).
Sunday: We're going to finally put up our Christmas tree. In the afternoon/evening our friends are coming over to make and eat pizza. It will be wonderful to see them, they are the friends I will miss most when we move.

Phew...it's been one heck of week here, I am so ready for the weekend.
Tonight: It will depend on how E and I are feeling when I pick her up. Maybe dinner out, maybe nothing. Hopefully sleeping well, I'm wiped.
Tomorrow: I'm taking E to a tree farm to get our tree. Last year we got POURED on, this year is looking cold but clear, yay! I'll get all butch and cut down the tree and we'll head home and get it set up and decorated. I'm sure there will be Christmas movies involved (E is in *love* with ABC Family's 25 days of Christmas). I did NOT get her started on this but she knows all about it.
Sunday: We need to shop for a birthday gift for E's friend's birthday and a gift for the toy drive her school is doing. I also need to bake treats for the trays my coworkers and I give out to the clinics/groups that we work with throughout the year.
tonight: decorating our tree!!!!!!!! we finally brought it up from the basement and got it set up last night, but tonight will be a family affair to get the ornaments on. I'm so excited! then she's working OT, and the only thing I'm excited about with that is the time and a half pay. :-P
tomorrow: I dunno. I'll need to figure out something with the boy in the morning so she can at least get a few hours of sleep. maybe the conservatory? or attempt some cookie making? although I think that might be more successful with both of us moms...
Sunday: church, then who knows. we don't have any plans that I know of. we actually have very few plans this weekend for the first time in a while. I'm looking forward to it.

We got our tree, so I'm hoping to decorate it, and hoping my Christmas cards arrive in the mail so I can write them out this weekend.
