No tree this year :(

We were supposed to get a free Christmas tree this year. They're giving them out today and H was gonna go on his lunch. Well, he got scheduled for a training class and he can't go. I was going to take the car and get it myself, but his training is off base and he has to drive there.

With only two weeks left until Christmas, I'm too stubborn to buy one. I usually get mine on Black Friday so we can enjoy it for a whole month. Booo!

I thought about getting like a 2 footer, but by the time I bought a small light strand and mini ornaments, I could probably just get a full size tree.

Sorry. That post on 9-12 about Pampers Points made me realize I had some of my own. I just ordered: 3 calendars, 25 photo cards, and a set of address labels for $37 shipped. I'm sending all the calendars to myself and I'll mail them from here. $6 each was just crazy talk.

We didn't have one last year because we were told E would come by Christmas and we didn't want the hassle of taking down with a newborn and on Christmas I was crushed because of it. It didn't feel like Christmas at all and I just wanted to sit on my fat pregnant butt, look at a tree, and drink hot coco but I couldn't. I think you should at least put up the small one you have or get a little one that's not a huge pain in the butt. Plus it's A's first Christmas! You need a picture of her next to some type of tree!
