How long to shave over incision?

I delivered via c-section a month ago, and I've been avoiding scrubbing or shaving over the area. How long did you wait to wax or shave over your incision?

I waited a couple of weeks...I did it very carefully and would only go over it once to avoid any cutting.

I waited a while, maybe 8 or 9 weeks? I was really afraid to shave over it.

I'm 11 weeks out and still haven't done it. I have a couple really small scars on my legs and without fail, every time I shave over them, they pinch and bleed. Not sure if it'll be the same with this one. And I'm in no hurry to find out.

I waited just before my PP 6 week check up. I was very careful. It did feel very weird since half of my surgical area was still numb. I am nearing a year PP, so I almost have all the feeling back except for the spot where I had a skin burn from them removing my bandages.
