My LO has really settled lately with movement, which I know is mostly normal and I've still felt regular movements, just not huge ones or big party sessions anymore.
Well today I've just been doing a lot of relaxing and reading and suddenly realized I hadn't really felt a pronounced movement all day that I could remember... commence tiny panic attack... so I whipped out my dusty doppler and thank God found the heartbeat almost immediately and it is sounding great with some good fluctuation. Panicked L&D visit averted! Of course, now Nugget is stretching around just to spite me
Anyone else still use their doppler this late in the game?
Re: Grateful for my trusty doppler once again!
I almost bought one. I didn't feel DD move until 22 weeks and I was so nervous in between appointments! But once she started, she has not stopped. It is borderline ridiculous. My stomach looks like aliens are trying to burst out all the time. I haven't had to do kick counts or anything like that this time. My first DD however sent me to L&D at least 4 times because she NEVER moved. I would cry and cry because no matter what I did I would go days without feeling her move.
This for sure! It's been a God send this whole pregnancy!
