Any Advice?

I've had multiple symptoms for the last two and a half weeks; fatigue, mood swings - I've been particularly snippy and irritable - my breasts have swelled well past what they normally do when I'm about to start my period, I'm always hungry, nauseous in the mornings, have to pee a million times a day, and have a headache almost everyday. I had the same symptoms two months ago and when I took a pregnancy test, a faint line appeared.. however, the next day it was completely negative. I'm not sure what to think. Also, my fiance and I have been trying to conceive for 12 months now, I need help, will anyone give me some advice?

    I just found out yesterday that my husband and I are 4 weeks along. I took 6 at home tests cause i didnt believe it after trying for 6 months. I feel like multiple times i had "symptoms" within the last 6 months but it was probably just wishful thinking. This time I dont really have too many syptoms just tired and swollen breasts and headaches. have you taken another test since the last one two months ago? Im also a medical assistant and know that false negatives are possible. I would take another or maybe even suggest a blood test they are much more accurate than the urine tests.

    i've taken two this week. both were negative but i still havent started my period. i'm going to take one again tomorrow if i still havent started. i have been diagnosed with endometriosis in the last year and i know that affects my flow pattern but i usually show signs that i'll be starting at least a day ahead. no such signs have appeared and tomorrow is 30 days since my last period. i really don't know what i should do.
