When I went to Zoo Atlanta with MrsHollywood1023.
I am dying to go to the Jacksonville Zoo, but we went last winter and froze our arses off, so I'm trying to be patient and wait until it warms back up.
Lots of video games. I haven't let him buy any in almost a year, so he's due. Probably a couple CDs too, but I hate his music so I try not to encourage it being in the car
And of course boring stuff like boxers and razor blades.
It's all finished on Shutterfly and ready to go. They want $6 EACH for shipping. The free ship code doesn't work for multiple addresses. I got a 15% off code, but I've been hoping for something better. It doesn't look like that's going to happen though.
Sidenote: I will be in and out all day today. I think DD got a cold from those damn daycare kids. She hasn't been sick a day in her life, but I let her go to child care and all of a sudden she's all snotty. And H thought I was crazy for wanting to give her a bath immediately after picking her up. *insert eyeroll and 'I told you so' here*
I'm making a Walmart run for formula later. What do I need for a sick kid? I already have: tylenol, vicks baby, aspirator from hospital, saline spray, and boogie wipes.
Thats pretty much all I use for when my LO has a cold. What a pain, I hope that A starts feeling better really soon.
I know my H wants some video games too, although we agreed to no gifts since we redid the dining room a few weeks ago. But, then we talked about at least doing stockings and H reminded me that a video game would fit in a stocking. lol
6 each, thats nuts. I will let you know if I see any good codes.
When I was growing up, your stocking was a bunch of cheap drugstore things like nail files and scrunchies.
H's family goes all out on their stockings. You get at least two gift cards, movies, cds, and maybe like a notepad or something.
I think it's weird. That's not what stockings are for. Even if I give a gift card, I wrap it up all cute in a box to make somewhat of a mystery out of it.
Yeah, our stockings were always like a new toothbruch, underwear, little teeny boxes of sweat cereal since we weren't normally allowed to have it, Maybe a note pad, hair ties, stuff like that.
