My LO has decided to drop his third nap, which I guess it was time for, but since he only has one good nap (hour+) a day, I'm really hoping he'll ease into two longer ones instead. I'm trying to space him out longer between as well.
So, how many naps are your LO's having, and how long?
Re: What do your naps look like?
this is what our day normally looks like:
7-7:30: up
9:30-10: nap for about 45 min - 90 min
2: nap for about 45 - 90 min
7:30-8: to bed
it works ok because my toddler gets up at the same time and they take afternoon naps at the same time (i get a glorious hour to myself!). but, she's usually at the end of her cheerfulness before her bedtime. i was never really able to figure out how to squish in a third nap without it being too close to her bedtime though. and i don't really want her to go to sleep earlier because i love getting up around 7 (selfish me).
We are on a steady cycle:
8am up
10am - nap for 45 min- hour
anywhere from 2-3:30, start a 2 hour nap. Occasionally he will sleep 2.5 hours.
We just forced the drop of the 7:30 nap (was about 25 min).
Sleep 9pm, sleeps through the night with the dropped nap!!
Up between 6:30 and 7:15
Naps around 9, 1, and 4 for about an hour each.
Down between 7 and 7:30.
This has only settled in in the last week or two. It's nice.

Between me, Dh, and the sitter, it might be a 10 minute nap, it might be a 2 hour nap. I hate that she isn't on more a schedule, but she has been like this since birth.
Up at 6:30
Nap around 8:30/9-10/10:30
Nap around 12:30/1-2/2:30
Bath at 6, bottle at 6:30, bed by 7.
She's really not a bear at all in the early evening anymore. It took a few weeks of adjusting, but she's happy as a clam up until she gets her solids at 5:30 and we start the bedtime routine.
I can't quite fathom how we're ever going to make it to 2 or 3 naps per day, LO is still napping 4-5 times per day!
6-6:30 - awake for an hour to eat & play, back to sleep an hour later, and sleeps for about an hour. He gets back up around 8:30 and then he still needs a nap every two hours throughout the day. He usually naps for an hour. I don't let him lay down again after 5:00/30 or so, but then he goes to bed around 7:30 and usually sleeps through the night.
Up around 6:30
Nap #1 from 10-11:30/noon (with help)
Nap #2 from 3-4/4:30 (with help)
Down for the night 6:30-7:00-ish
He just sort of fell into this regular schedule last week. It's amazing.
