They don't seal up the bottom of the box and on a chilly day it makes a super warm house for a MOUSE that you then carry inside. Yes, the boxes sat outside all day and a mouse came in and now lives in our room. I can see he chewed on the box a little but there is a nice big hole down the middle.

Lovely.

I've set out glue traps with peanut butter in an attempt to capture him alive and then hopefully release him but how do you get them off the glue pads???? I guess I could double up leather gloves and then pull him off. There is going to be lots of girly shrieks the day we catch him.

He came out in plain view today. I tried to catch him with a army man container but I was too slow.

BTW, Ridge named him Jerry.

You are brave lady! I would totally delegate mouse retrieval to DH. Lol I get diapers from them and last time the mailman left them by the front door in the RAIN without ringing the doorbell or telling us at all. Good luck on your mouse hunt!

I am not sure you can get them off the glue pads. That was DH's department when we had them in our garage. Thank goodness they never got into the house. I hope you catch him quickly.

Jerry has been captured. No, you can not take them off glue pads. And after the way he attacked the little stick I used to get the glue pad back no way and I putting any part of my body near him.

Ick. Ick. Ick.

Mice don't bother me. Maybe because I had hamsters growing up. Snake, heck yes.

I also removed and installed a toilet and sink at our house...sometimes I think I should have been born a boy.
