Anyone else.... cry at the drop of a hat??

SO, this evening my DH and I were watching one of our favorite tv shows, and it got all sentimental, and I just started crying my eyes out! The tears... they just kept coming! I felt like a big baby! This happens a lot when watching movies/tv shows.... I just cannot hold in my emotions during this pregnant, let me tell you!

Anyone else have cry fests like these??

Re: Anyone else.... cry at the drop of a hat??

  • Yes, all the time now, and mainly at stupid stuff like TV shows. Embarrassed  It's so funny because I wasn't like this at all until these last few weeks.  It's like once I hit term I all of a sudden was a different pregnant person. hahaha.

  • Yup...

DH and I started laughing at something in a parking lot of a store we were just in. It started out really funny...both of us laughing. Then I got all upset by it and thought it was horrible we were laughing at it and started balling. By the time I was done crying I didn't even know what we started laughing at.

Then in the shower earlier I started thinking about what we'd be doing this weekend. I started balling because it could be DH and I's "last weekend" w/o a baby.

It's such an awesome but emotional roller coaster time!

  • Yep! All the time.  I cry at TV shows, movies, random conversations, pretty much anything.
  • Yes!! And it gets worse after you have the baby. I look at LO or HD and cry just at the thought of how much I love them. It's crazy how much I cry.

  • Yes! I have been a crier this whole pregnancy. I'm sure DH is at a loss because I'm usually not over emotional, and I wasn't this sensitive while pregnant with DS. It felt like I cried all day yesterday.

  • Now that I have the baby I'm 1,000 times worse too. I used to cry a lot at the end of my PG but now I cry daily that I don't want him to grow up, ever get hurt, don't want DH to go to work next week, etc.
  • I can't stand it that DH is so sweet right now because that makes me cry! He does anything, even the smallest thing...and I'm all teary eyed. I can't even tell him I love him without tearing up.

  • I bawled last night because DH couldn't come with me to the Christmas tree lighting on our army post (his brain injury makes crowds hard sometimes).  Then when DD was too crazy for me to chase alone in my fragile (fat) state we had to leave early and when all the streets were blocked off and I had to wait in my car for 40 minutes I lost it even more.  I don't remember being this emotional last time.

  • I cried watching animal planet because some *** let their horses practically starve to death. Had to turn that off.

I cried when my Dad texted me to see how I was feeling.

I cried thinking about losing my dog.

I cried because of a damn sneek peak for next season's Teen Mom (which I only recently started watching).

I NEVER used to cry in front of people. Now my BF thinks I'm a total mush.
