XMAS Cards

I am trying to be creative this year as my last year's card got rave reviews. ?I am stumped however and cannot think of a cute idea for my XMAS card. ?Not to mention, it is almost impossible to get my 15 month old and 2.10 year old to pose. ?What are you guys doing? ?I am looking for something a little outside the box!

    I did a collage one from shutterfly; with like 9 pictures on it; from this past year. All the pictures are black and white except for the family shot with Santa....

    I did one with 3 pics on it, one from christmas 2009 with my son, one from christmas 2010 with my son and daughter, and one of christmas 2011 with my son, and now 2 daughters.  I put a caption that says "what a difference a year makes" since we added a kid each year:)  I think it turned out pretty cute!
