  You could do all sorts of things with those:

  Colored ice cubes
  Individual pats of herb or plain butter
  Cookies or candies
  Jello Jigglers for the kiddos

  I've used the Halloween molds like that and have made jello jigglers for kids, they turned out great.

  I plan on using mine to make peppermint bark, although I don't know how helpful that is for lunch
