Daycare Teachers - Holiday Gift?

Wondering what is appropriate as a holiday gift for the daycare teachers at my daughter's daycare center?  There are three awesome teachers in my daughter's infant room.  I was thinking of a gift card, or tea and nice mug, or is cash more appropriate?  I really love knowing my daughter is well cared for while I am at work.  I so appreciate that they are there for my daughter.

    Last year I did gift cards to Cheesecake Factory which is really close to our daycare center (I know some teachers frequently order lunch on Fridays). Not sure what I'm going to do this year. Probably something similar. I think the most important thing you can do is to write a thoughtful note/card to each teacher. I got multiple comments last year from my DD teachers last year that they appreciated that the most.

    I read a post on another board that suggested bringing in or ordering in lunch,like pizza, subs or salads, for the teachers.

    I think you can't go wrong with tea, coffee, cookies etc. too. If you can eat it/drink it, it usually goes over well ;)
