Well, I just had my c Friday and am still at the hospital. I've needed my toiletries, makeup, hair stuff, clothes, glasses, contacts, granny panties (hate the mesh ones), nursing bra, computer, camera, charger, and I've put the baby in her own clothes here and used my own swaddle blankets.

Great list! And Congrats on your baby girl! How is the recovery coming??
It's the same as what you'd bring if you were to deliver vaginally, but maybe more stuff because your hospital stay is longer for a c/s. I had only packed two days worth of stuff and ended up there Mon-Fri so I had to send our parents to pick up some stuff from the house. I also sent my Mom on an underwear run. I had packed bikinis and ended up with ac/s so they sat right on my incision.
I brought my workout ball and pump, but some hospitals provide these. Some women also bring their boppy pillows for nursing and their own pillow for comfort. I wish I had.
My bag: Granny panties! Pads (I didn't like the big mesh ones), nursing bra, comfy clothes to go home in, bottle of water, snacks, book, hair brush, soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste, socks, slippers, phone, phone charger, hair tie, lip balm, ID, health card
SO's bag: clothes and PJs for 3-5 days including undies and socks, brush, tooth brush, entertainment (book/computer/music/whatever works for you), water, snacks, phone, phone charger, camera, camera charger, deodorant, ID, health card
Baby's bag: Diapers (I ended up using the hospital's), wipes (my hospital doesn't provide any), one NB going home outfit, one 0-3 mos going home outfit (she wore the hospital gown all week but we bought both sizes for going home because we didn't know how big she'd be), diaper rash cream, pacifiers (if you plan to use them), formula (if you plan to use it), swaddling blankets (I used the hospital's), outdoor blanket (to cover up on the way to the car when you finally get to home)

Thanks! The other post reminded me that my boppy has also been helpful, so bring that if you plan on usingone.
Recovery is going great. DS was an emergency c after a very long labor and this birth has been like a dream. I was pretty nervous leading up to the section, but it went so smoothly and I feel great. Moving around quite well and not much pain at all as long as I stay on top of the meds. Just make sure you get up and move because if I am in bed for too long I get really stiff and actually needed a bit of help this morning to get out of bed lol.

I just got home a few days ago and I used:
Chapstick
Shower supplies
Brushes
Phone and charger
Book
Baby book- its a one line a day book, nothing too crafty
Baby going home outfit
Boppy
Robe
I brought a change of clothes but ended up wearing home what I went to the hospital in, with a clean pair of mesh panties.
