Anyone else not have A/S until January?

I am so excited for my A/S but it isn't until Jan! I keep seeing all the fun team posts and keep wondering which my baby will be. Anyone else scheduled in January?

I am in january as well. I'm hoping for the 3rd. I get to schedule the A/S on thursday at my 16 week appointment.

That would've been me, but I begged my midwife not to let me wait til 20 weeks. I'm getting my a/s done at 18 weeks instead so it can be before Christmas.

Mines scheduled for 12/28 which is almost January! I'll be one day past 20 weeks. At least it gives me something to look forward after Christmas!

My anatomy scan is Jan 3. I just had a mini-one yesterday for my amnio. They asked if I wanted to know the gender, and the baby cooperated. It was a fluke. I still have to go back for the full scan at 20 weeks.

Mine is January 3rd. We could have done it earlier but we are trying to have as much as possible in 2012 to meet our deductible quicker.

We are having an elective sonogram on December 22nd when my parents and sister will be here from out of town. We thought it would be a fun present for them to see the baby! (and I got a very good deal on the price) So, if we don't find out what the baby is tomorrow at my 16 week appointment, we will hopefully find out on the 22nd!

P.S. I am not a very patient person.

Mine is Jan 2nd but we did an elective and got a sneak peak at my 17 week appt. I will be 22 weeks for my a/s.

My office won't allow an A/S until exactly 20 weeks. They will do it around 19 weeks 5 or 6 days, but no sooner. So, because I wanted the A/S before Xmas, the doctor referred me to an elective place and said to have the gender determination done there anytime after 17 weeks. I am going on December 23! However, my true A/S won't be until January 2nd at least.

That would be me... I don't even have mine scheduled yet! I can't even schedule it until my 17 week appointment, which is 12/19. So I think it will be closer to the end of the first week of January or maybe even the second week. I may schedule it for Monday, 1/9, in the evening after work so that my hubby and I can go to dinner and Carter's (lol) afterwards!! At this point, I figure it's better to be safe than sorry and I just want to be the right amount of time in when they do it so they can be as accurate as possible with the entire anatomy scan.

Mine is Jan 5th. My doctor said he wouldn't have minded doing it when I was 18 weeks but since he wants to monitor whether my placenta previa is improving or not, he wants me to wait until I'm 20 weeks

My A/S isn't until Dec 28th. I will be 19w6d then. The doctor said they wouldn't do it any earlier than that and since we wanted to let everyone know at Christmas what the baby is, they referred me to an elective ultrasound service and I have that appointment next Tuesday (17w6d). So I am praying that the baby cooperates and we can tell what it is. The A/S will just be confirmation on the 28th!

Hopefully know whether we are team pink or blue next week Big Smile

Ours was initially January 4th but my husband has to go away for work for 2 weeks on Jan 2nd so we rescheduled for December 30th! soooo excited!

So I'm going next week for an ultrasound at a 3D place and then our friend is wrapping up the stuffed animal in a gift box and we are going to open it on Christmas morning. I'm so excited!

Mine was scheduled for Jan 9th, but they pushed it back until the 17th, because my doctor is going out of town!!! It feels like its taking forever to find out.

I haven't scheduled my actual a/s yet, will do that Monday. I had a u/s yesterday though and found out we are Team Blue.

I had hoped to find out before the holidays to let family know, but we're gonna be waiting until January too. The policy changed at my ob/gyn between DS and this pregnancy, and now they wait until after 21 weeks for a gender u/s.

I figure that with the holidays, time should go by quickly enough. Plus, we had our a/s at 16 weeks with DS and he did not want to cooperate. Even though both DH and I saw boy parts , the tech didn't see enough to make a definite call. i got to have another u/s when I was 27 weeks along, and the guy had no problem seeing it then!

I'm hoping for a spread eagle shot lol! The baby can be very modest once they get here

Mine will be sometime in early January. I'll schedule it when I have my 16 week appt on Thursday. I'm team green, but I really want to see the little one's face

Looks like a lot of us are having it done on January 3. That is when mine is. I have an appointment on December 23 and I asked if we could do it then and was told I had to wait until January 3 or later. I can't wait. DH won't discuss names or look at any baby products until after we know if it's a boy or girl.
