How did the weekend go? I ate so much JUNK... but tried to do smaller portions. DH was such an enabler this weekend, but I know its not all his fault. Sometimes I just dont have any willpower.

Question of the day: What is your goal before the Holiday? My goal is 5 lbs before Christmas. And work out as much as possible each week. No excuses due to work
I lost a pound a half this week. I would be more excited about this if I hadn't gained 2 pounds the week of Thanksgiving.
I would like to meet my next 10 pound goal by Christmas, so that's 8 1/2 more pounds to go. I'm not sure if it's doable, but here's hoping.
I will say that I'm *not* cheating at Christmas like I did at Thanksgiving. One day of food is not worth 2 pounds!
Food: I'm doing good about staying under my calorie goal, but I need to make better choices about what I'm eating.
Excercise: Ugh. We've been walking, but I need to find something I can do during nap time.
Motivation: Not as high as it was, but still pretty good. At least the scale is going in the right direction again.
The Blog
Ditto. I'm going to go ahead and add yesterday's calories to MFP, just to shock myself into line.
As of this morning I'm down 7.5 pounds. I haven't been doing much, I've been sick so that's probably why.
I got up and went to bootcamp at 6am this morning. I'm hoping to make that a habit because it was GREAT!
I've been off the wagon. Attempting to get back on.
How did the weekend go? Terribly. We had what we call a "naughty night". DH went shopping and instead of coming back with just ice cream, he came back with ice cream, chips, cinnamon rolls, and sushi. Of course, he ate like a pig and didn't even have a pooch in his stomach. All this crap in the house is the bane of my existence. I have no will power.
Any tips for others? Don't let your husbands go shopping when he's feeling peckish.

Activity (rate how you did 1-5): 3. I just did the 30 Day Shred and hope to maintain that for as long as possible. Thanks, milf, for the inspiration!
Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5): 3. I do not like what I see in the mirror and need to get off my butt and do something about it.
Question of the day: What is your goal before the Holiday? Run at least 2x/week. Do the 30 Shred every day if I can.
